A Day in the Life of a Team Lead
Team Relations: Christian is a Team Lead on the Zendian analysis team. He works hard to maintain good relationships among the team. With his leadership skills he is able to direct meetings and other tasks to keep his team happy and willing to work.
Global Events: During a day, Christian must maintain watch on all global events that may affect his team. To do so, he keeps up with well respected news sources along with talks to his connections across the globe to figure out the climate of situations in different areas.
Skill Learning: It is important to Christian to keep up with his leaning and skills to make sure he has the tools needed to complete task as the world evolves. During the day he will spend time developing his skill set and learning what areas he needs to improve in.
Data Analysis: Christian and his team built radar, a state of the art tool to sift through relevant data sources. He will use this to help aid the process of finding important and valuable data.
Data Processing: In addition to finding the data, Christian must make use of the data he can find and he does so by providing context to the data as well as a priority level.
