What is The Analyst Experience (TAE)?

The Analyst Experience (TAE) is an online resource offering unclassified and general insights into the work of Intelligence Community (IC) analysts. Featuring persona profiles of Language Analysts, Intelligence Analysts, and Cyber/Computer Network Analysts, TAE showcases a selection of the diverse roles within the IC. Created by members of the Laboratory for Analytic Sciences (LAS) , these profiles cater to a wide range of users, including LAS academic performers, external collaborators, designers, and researchers. By exploring these personas, users can gain a deeper understanding of the tasks, skills, and challenges faced by IC analysts in their day-to-day work.
